These terms govern use of this website. By using the site you accept them. The purchase of goods is governed separately by the Terms of Sale and the terms stated on your quotation.

Content and accuracy

Product imagery, dimensions and descriptions are provided for guidance: pieces are made to order and natural stone varies, so the specification that binds both parties is the approved production drawing and quotation, not the website listing. Prices are on request; nothing on this site is an offer capable of acceptance, and an enquiry or quotation request does not create a contract.

Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the site, attempt unauthorised access, scrape at scale, or submit unlawful, infringing or malicious content through forms or uploads. Files you upload must be yours to share and free of malware.

Intellectual property

Site content, text, photography, drawings, the Geoscenic Stone name and mark, is owned by or licensed to us; see the Intellectual Property Notice. Limited personal, non-commercial viewing is permitted; reproduction or commercial use requires written consent.
