This policy explains how we collect, use, disclose and protect personal data in connection with this website and our made-to-order services, in accordance with the Singapore Personal Data Protection Act 2012 (PDPA). Where you access our services from another jurisdiction, additional rights under your local law (for example the EU/UK GDPR or Türkiye’s KVKK) may apply and are addressed in the jurisdiction notes below.

What we collect

Information you provide through enquiry and quotation forms: name, email address, phone number, country, city and delivery postcode, the details of your enquiry, files you upload (drawings, room photographs) and your stated contact preferences. Correspondence relating to quotations and orders. Limited technical data necessary to operate the site (see the Cookie Policy for details of cookies and similar technologies, which are used only with consent where required).

Why we collect it

To respond to your enquiry and prepare quotations; to produce, deliver and support pieces you order; to maintain records of quotations, orders, delivery and claims; to meet legal, tax and export documentation obligations; and, only where you have consented or another lawful basis applies, to send you relevant updates. We do not sell personal data.

Disclosure

Personal data is shared only as needed to perform the above: with production and logistics partners to the extent required to manufacture, pack and deliver your order (for example a delivery address shared with a freight carrier); with professional advisers; and where required by law. Partners receive only what the task requires. Categories of processors and the safeguards applied to any overseas transfer are available on request via contact@geoscenic.com.sg.

Retention

Enquiry and order records are retained for as long as needed for the purposes above and for legal, warranty-claim and accounting periods, after which they are deleted or anonymised.

Your rights

Under the PDPA you may request access to and correction of your personal data, and withdraw consent to its continued use, subject to legal and contractual limits. Depending on your jurisdiction you may have additional rights (including erasure, portability and objection under the GDPR, and equivalent rights under KVKK for Türkiye residents).
